This Privacy Policy explains how SVO Technologies LLC ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the Pood mobile application (the "App") and the website at https://pood.fit (together, the "Service").
Our approach is to collect as little as possible. Your training data stays on your device. We do not run user accounts, advertising, or third-party analytics.
The App
- Workout data stays local. Workouts, sets, bells, programs, and settings are stored on your device. We have no server and no access to them.
- Purchases. Subscriptions and purchases are handled by Apple. We use RevenueCat to validate purchase receipts and manage entitlements; RevenueCat receives purchase receipt information but no workout data.
- Apple Health. If you enable Health export, the App writes workouts to Apple Health on your device. It reads nothing from Health. Health data is governed by Apple's privacy protections.
- No accounts, no ads, no tracking. The App requires no sign-in and includes no advertising or third-party analytics SDKs.
The website
This site is a static website hosted on Cloudflare. If you use the contact form, Formspark processes and stores the name, email address, and message you submit so it can deliver the message to us. We use that information only to review and respond to your message. Cloudflare Turnstile processes information needed to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse.
Changes
If our practices change, we will update this page and revise the date above.
